How to use
Technical needs: A computer or a DVD-player with screen/TV and stereo speakers. Each MuViCure program lasts from 12 to 20 minutes. To get the best benefit from the programs you need to:
- Take the time needed to play the whole program without interruption
- Check all the technical installations work
- Sit or lie in a comfortable chair or bed
- For the most intense personal experience, sit the correct distance away from the screen (this will depend on the size of the screen)
- Make sure that the volume is not set too high
- Use headphones
- Make sure that the temperature, light and sounds in the room do not distract from the experience
